Become a millionaire with a smart personal financial plan is not an overnight achievement.  There will be some new innovative ways of thinking that must be applied.  One being, you must PAY YOURSELF first.  That's right!  Before the kids get that new toy or they will hate you; before the cable company gets paid or the cable is shut off; and before your electric company gets paid or you're sitting in the dark.  Another important step will be to setup an emergency fund.
