The Story Behind Dansko Clogs
Dansko was founded by a husband and wife team while visiting Denmark. Mandy Cabot and Peter Kjellerup turned a simple shoe into a clog phenomenon. The clog went viral and Dansko was born.
Dansko incorporated in 1990 and began shipping clogs to retailers in 1991. Two years after Dansko was formed by Mandy & Peter the American Pediatric Medical Association honored the company with its Accepted Award. by 1993 Dansko hit the road and started attending tradeshows, and the story continues today.

I use to always get pains in my back whenever I was out shopping at malls from being on my feet to long. You wouldn't believe how much money I spent seeing chiropractors and doctors. Then a friend recommended I buy some Dansko's now I can shop all day pain free. Nice hub.
