Instant Portable AC Power Source

I purchased a Schumacher IP-75 instant portable electric power source not to jump my car, but for the instant power anywhere feature.  Apparently, my car's cigarette lighter was not designed to charge my phone, or to be used with some adapters.  Even after I had blow a fuse and replace it, I try it again.  After replacing the fuses three times, I got the message.

My alternative is possible a better solution, especially as an emergency portable power source.  Now that I have the Schumacher IP-75 I can jump my car, used my laptop, and use any adapter to charge my phone, and mp3 player.  Even better, I'm not draining my car's battery.

Along with the Schumacher IP-75 I have a universal adapted that contains a usb port, regular home outlet, and an additional cigarette lighter port.  There's nothing I can't power now. I have a portable power system that can power anything, anywhere.
