Saving Your Money Wedding Tips

Just like with every financial move setting a budget is essential.

Prioritized your most inner wedding wants. Spend on those items first.

Most weddings occur between May and September around 12noon to 6pm. You can break the trend and save your money by choosing differently. Choosing outside the peak wedding periods is an excellent way to save some cash on your wedding.

When choosing flowers go for the less expensive blooms. Bigger isn't always better. Instead of going for the biggest flower arrangements select a few smaller arrangements that look just as nice at a fraction of the cost.

Instead of decking the halls, find a venue that you like just as is. The less money you spend on decorations the more money you can save on your wedding.

Purchasing a wedding dress is definitely a budget buster. Instead of purchasing a wedding dress that you will never wear again, or be able to pass down (out of trend); consider renting a dress. Pictures of you in the dress

last a life time. If you rent a wedding dress consider investing in your accessories. Accessories are more likely to be used again.

Use family and friends where needed. If you have a songbird of a cousin, consider them as part of the entertainment. Family and friends want to be a part of the wedding, so don't hesitate to ask them to donation there assets.

Wedding cakes have become the centerpiece of weddings. Consider using a fake cake. You heard me -- a plastic cake. However, you will be serving inexpensive (good) sheet cake.

Bottom line is -- unless your wedding involves a judge, a witness, and two rings from a Cracker Jack box you are going to spend some money. However you big day doesn't have to leave you in financial ruins.
