As of late, I've been joining every social online group I can. The reason is simple. Networking Magic!
There are two sides of networking -- Online and Offline. Due to the demands of my business, I'm not always able to attend conferences or other networking events -- and when I do, how do you keep in connect with the vast major.

Networking is an offline function too. Social networking sites are now attempting to go beyond the conventional, online-only services; but nothing takes the place of getting involved.
